    Choco Banano 

        Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh we are back again with more tasty foods from Salvador. This time we have one of my all-time favorite desserts, there's no wrong time for choco banano  (aka chocolate cover banana) whether it's summer, fall, winter, spring, snowing, raining, etc Choco banano is a year-round treat. that's why I am talking about it today. I'm not gonna take your time because this is going to be a fast and taste blogs 

Ingredients 

- 20 bananas                 - 1 pack of chocolate (Chocomelher is what I suggest)  but you can use your favorite chocolate covering 
-  sticks for the banana 

Step 1 

You are going to first peel all 20 bananas and then cut them into half and you'll end up with 20 bananas. once cut add a stick to each banana and stick a stick into the banana and freeze for 2 hours or three or just to be sure do them till the next day.

Step 2 

Once your bananas are frozen you have to melt the chocolate. I suggest that you water bath your chocolate I prefer it that way. A water bath is when you use a pot and have boiling water and on top of it you have a heat-resistant bowl with the chocolate in it. (make sure that you don't get any water into the chocolate because if so you'll have to trash the chocolate and restart the melting process

Step 3 

Dip the banana into the melted chocolate and hold them by the stick. If you want to add any topping such as sprinkles, peanuts, etc you have to do it after you dip the banana into the chocolate because the chocolate will harden quick. 

And enjoy.  You have the option of eating the choco banano right after making them or you put them into the freezer for another 30 minutes in order to get the chocolate crispier.
